At Aloaro, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to all our customers in Malaysia. Please review our delivery options below:
Standard Courier Service
- Your order will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days after we have confirmed stock availability. Please note that delivery estimates are for weekdays only and do not include weekends or public holidays. As soon as we ship your order, we will email you the tracking details for your convenience.
- We recommend using your workplace address for deliveries as couriers operate from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. If no one is available to receive the parcel, please contact us for re-scheduling. There will be a RM8 fee for a third reschedule attempt.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Once your payment is confirmed, in-stock items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. For items that are not in stock, delivery may take between 5 to 10 working days. We will notify you if more time is needed.
Order in advance
- To ensure you receive your products without delay, please order in advance. Some items may be in high demand, and stock may run low for certain sizes or prescriptions.
