Orders & Products

All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Website are subject to change without notice.
Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email/notification.

Payment

Payment for orders placed on this Website is currently processed through DOKU (formerly SenangPay), a licensed Malaysian third-party payment gateway.
Accepted payment methods via DOKU include FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card, and e-wallets, as displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed in MYR.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or online banking login credentials. This information is entered directly on DOKU’s secure payment page and is handled under DOKU’s own security and privacy standards. See DOKU’s policies at https://www.senangpay.my
If a payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are entered correctly.
In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or suspected fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the order pending investigation.

Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method via DOKU within 3 to 7 business days of approval.
