Refund Policy

At Aloaro, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product or service received, you may request a refund according to the policy below:

Refund Request Period:

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Conditions:

Only products that meet the following conditions are eligible for a refund:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The product is unopened and unmodified.
  • Non-customized products 

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us via email at rjcheang@aloaro.com.my.
  • When contacting us, please provide your order number, reason for the refund, and photos of the product (if applicable) to help us verify the product’s condition.

Refund Method:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund process may take 3 to 7 business days.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, and these costs are non-refundable. If the wrong product is sent or the product has a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Products that cannot be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened or are no longer suitable for resale.
  • Customized products or any other non-refundable conditions.
