At Aloaro Fashion, our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Each return or refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
Return
You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s in good condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We must agree that the product is returnable before you send it back. Please ensure that the item is in resaleable condition and that the packaging is intact.
An inspection will be carried out before confirming any return or refund.
Processing may take 3-7 working days before a replacement is shipped out.
If your return does not meet our policy, we will return the item to you at your own cost.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns should be sent to our designated address only.
No exchange will be accepted after 14 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to our error cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

Contact your bank or credit card company as processing may take time.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, please follow the return process.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-priced items.
